This Privacy Policy describes how Snacky ("we", "our", "the app") collects, uses, and protects the information of users ("you") who use our mobile application for ordering food, snacks, and cakes for delivery. By using Snacky, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Your name and mobile phone number, collected when you sign in with Google and complete your profile.
• Location Data: Your device's GPS coordinates and delivery address (via Google Maps Geocoding/Places APIs), used to calculate delivery distance and route your order to our kitchen and delivery partner.
• Order Information: Items ordered, order value, delivery address, payment method, and order status/history.
• Profile Picture: If you choose to upload a profile photo, it is stored securely and is visible only to you.
• Payment Information: Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers — these are handled directly and securely by Razorpay.
• Device & Notification Data: A Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token is stored to send you order status notifications (e.g., order accepted, out for delivery).
• Feedback: Any feedback or support messages you voluntarily submit through the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your food/cake orders accurately.
• To calculate delivery distance and delivery charges.
• To send you order status updates and important notifications.
• To provide customer support and respond to your feedback.
• To improve our app, menu offerings, and delivery experience.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is shared only with:

• Delivery Partners: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with the assigned delivery rider to complete your order.
• Payment Processor (Razorpay): For processing online payments securely.
• Google Firebase & Google Maps: For authentication, database storage, push notifications, and location/address services.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore Database and Firebase Storage), protected by industry-standard security rules and encryption in transit. Access to your data is restricted to authorized app functions only.

5. Your Choices & Rights

• You can update your profile details (name, gender, DOB, profile picture) anytime from the Profile screen.
• You can delete any saved address directly from your Profile.
• You can request full account deletion using the "Delete Account" option in the app, which removes your profile and associated data from our systems.
• You can disable location permissions from your device settings, though this may limit the app's delivery-distance features.

6. Children's Privacy

Snacky is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
